Strawberry Freezer Jam
Fred Meyer was having a great sale on strawberries...$3.00 for 2 lbs so I decided that I would attempt to make freezer jam since my family loves it and we always bum some off Ryan's mom. It was my first time doing it and it was as simple as everyone said. Rylee had fun running the blender and stirring the sugar and pectin in. Now, let's hope it tastes as great as it was easy to make!
Maternity Shots
I got my maternity shots taken the other day, by my photography friend, Leaca. She has never done these before. I think she did a great job. I really like them. Hope you do too!

Crazy Men!

Just thought I would share how the guys got the high trim painted...like Luke said "there is a reason women live longer" they would never do anything like this!
DONE!!!!! Yipee!!!!

Before
After
The house is done...thanks to the great painters that we have had...Luke and Tony. They worked hard and did a great job. It was worth every penny. I am so thankful we can close the construction chapter in our lives and move on to other things. As you can see, the yard needs some TLC, but that will come in time.
Enjoying the sunshine
We decided to seize the moment and enjoy the sunshine last night. It was a beautiful evening so we went and tested out the boat that Ryan's dad bought on the Lake. Rylee and Ryan tried a little trout fishing, but no catching. We had a lot of fun just being together in the great weather. We will not complain if the weather keeps it up...it is nice to have an actual summer. They are predicting low 80's for today. That is crazy for AK!!!

baby's room done
Guest room done!
We are at the tail end of our projects...Hallelujah! We finished the guest room or Gramma's room which my kids like to call it late last week. It is nothing special...pretty simple, but DONE! YEAH! They are painting the outside of our house and should be done tomorrow. I will post some pictures of that when it is all done. It feels great to feel like it is completed.
