If it is able to be caught...Levi will catch it. On last Tuesday, I put him down for a nap and his face was fine. When he woke up, he had these blisters all over his face. I took him into the Dr and as we were waiting to be seen...I watched several blisters pop out on his hands. The Dr said that "I should thank God that those showed up because they are classic hand, foot, and mouth" she wouldn't have known what to do if it were just the face. She said she would be surprised if the girls got it. They should be immune for being around it at school. (cross your fingers...so far so good) It is a virus and just has to run it's course. It is painful...lots of blisters. We had some rough nights, but he is getting much better. The crazy thing is that is only contagious before the rash breaks out so you are infecting people and don't even know it.

So glad he's getting better ~ looks WAY painful. I wonder if that's what Elijah had when he had sores all in his mouth a while back. Poor baby . . . ~Grma Peless
