My girls are just loving their Uncle Joe (my brother). This is the first time that he has seen Avery or Zoey. They all were a little timid around him at first, which is understandable since he is 6' 3"...that has to be REALLY intimidating from their point of view. Zoey has taken to calling him alligator...since every time he leaves she says "see ya alligator" Yesterday when they were climbing all over him, he said "I think I liked it better when you didn't like me." Zoey said, "but we do like you Uncle Joe" Avery has yet to sit with Gramma or Grampa, (she won't let me out of her sight), but she did finally climb on Uncle Joe's lap.
