I know that I am a little behind in this posting since he will be 2 weeks on Friday, but I thought I would put them on anyway. He is doing well. He got a little bit of jaundice. He didn't have to get put in the hospital under the light. We were just to watch it and feed him every 2 hours around the clock. When he went in for his one week check he had lost another 5 ounces since leaving the hospital. The DR was not concerned. He got a little behind. The day he was circumcised he slept all day and would not eat from 5:30 AM until 8:00 PM. She felt he was still trying to recover from that. I decided to start supplementing him after I nursed him since he was still acting hungry. He is nursing and then taking about 1 ounce. It is helping him get the nutrition that he needs. I am to take him for weekly weight checks, just so she can keep tabs on him. He also went 8 days without a bowel movement. Once again the DR was not concerned. She thinks that he was just using up all the calories that he was getting and didn't have any waste. He has had several bowel movements now and is doing well. He is a very mellow baby. We sure do love him! We are blessed to have him in our family.

He is absolutely PERFECT and so darn gorgeous! You and Ryan do great work! I am sure his little body is adjusting and before you know it he'll be taller than you and tapping you on top of your head. That's what Jeff did to me and I knew then I'd lost all control. Don't blink...it goes by so fast.
